Used. This coffee brewer is in good cosmetic condition with minor scuffs and scratches from regular commercial use and comes in non-original packaging.  There are no decanters included with this brewer.
Notes:
Before testing we adjusted the thermostat to the highest setting.
We connected this coffee brewer to a water and a 120V electrical supply and allowed the water to heat for 20 minutes.  The green "Ready" light never turned on.  We turned on all of the warmer switches and pressed the brew button to observe hot water fill the in-house decanter we used for testing.  We tested the water temperature @ ~ 186.5 Degrees F at the termination of brewing.  We also confirmed that both the top and the bottom warmers heated when turned on and that the hot water dispenser on the front functioned as designed.  No additional testing was performed.
